This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the Bakau area. The location is perfect, as it is close to the craft market and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with air conditioning, and very clean. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the seating areas downstairs. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to the day.
Everything at this hotel was just fine.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was perfect for us as we wanted to relax during our city trip. the rooms were equipped with air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the heat. to that, the daily cleaning service was very good. We also enjoyed the free WiFi available throughout the hotel.
The breakfast became repetitive after a few days and could use some variety. the noise from birds and other animals in the surrounding area was quite loud in the early morning, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep in.

The size of the room was good and they had a TV. The location was decent, it was within walking distance of a beach, bars, and restaurants. The restaurant attached to the hotel had delicious food.
The service was really slow and it took ages for them to do anything. The staff wasn't very friendly either and didn't seem to care about customer service.
